Preparation of Financial Statements

An engagement to prepare financial statements is a nonattest service. In addition, an engagement to prepare financial statements does not require the accountant to verify the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by management or otherwise gather evidence to express an opinion or a conclusion on the financial statements or otherwise report on the financial statements.

Tax Preparation and Consulting

We do occasionally perform tax preparation and consulting services, however, generally we refer tax clients to Tax Pro of Provo because we have a great working relationship with David Starling, the Enrolled Agent at Tax Pro of Provo and have had nothing but the best of responses from client referrals.
